ERSON's goal is to provide oil and gas companies a cost effective way to have more direct involvement in the Railroad Commission (RRC) regulatory issues affecting their business through:

Currently there are many ongoing efforts associated with Texas oil and gas regulatory policy and procedures that have the potential of significantly  impacting your business and your compliance costs. Examples include the Railroad Commission's Sunset Review and major information technology initiatives like Electronic Compliance & Approval Process (ECAP) project.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Services Provided Include

                   

ERSON will:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
  • Participate, for client companies, on TXOGA's Regulatory Practices,   E & P Environmental, and Pipeline Committees.

  • Participate on other groups of interest to clients, for example the Commission's ECAP workgroup.

 
  • Attend RRC conferences to assure client companies have up-to-date, first hand news of Commission activities and policy.

 
  • Communicate with clients, via telephone and Email, prior to and after meetings and other events to to share ideas, determine levels of interest, and develop positions.

 
  • Interact directly with Commission staff for a client company to help problem solve regarding issues of concern.

 
  • Provide client companies, timely copies of all draft rules for review and possible comments. Will communicate with clients to discuss concerns and determine levels of interest.

General Terms

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Oil Well 
  • ERSON's service fees are based on the scope of services requested, the number of client companies participating,  and the length of commitment.

  • For regulatory committee services,  a minimum of a three-month commitment by a client company will be anticipated.

  • Travel costs are not included in the service fee. Any travel request by client companies will be addressed separately.
